The 03 Deck of a Neosho Class Oiler
Homeless Veterans located here would be using quarters newly
created for civilians then operating the ship.
These quarters were created where gun turrets were previously located.
USNS Kawishiwi TAO-146 received a REFUEL
RIG on the Aft-Starboard where a gun terret was removed from.
No other Neosho Class Oiler received this type rig.
