The North Creek Portal Site is located in the Bothell Business Park at Northeast 195th Street and North Creek Parkway.
There will be four construction elements in this area:

1. Underground tunnel construction through the portal.
2. A permanent pump station to move water to and from the Brightwater Plant.
3. A new wastewater connection pipeline to link the existing North Creek Pump Station with the North Creek Portal Site in the Bothell Business Park.
4. A reclaimed water pipeline that will connect the existing North Creek Pump Station with the conveyance system and link with a new system to supply industrial and agricultural uses to the area.
