A historic 1986 voyage was supported by  Kawishiwi. Why not let her house a museum to commemorate all Oilers
The flags being flown tell us that Missouri is about to be refueled.

Let's Create a
NAVY
SUPPORT
MUSEUM
.
...............................................................................................................
A Museum that could make Seattle Proud.

POSSIBLE SHIP PLANS        What Is KAWISHIWI ?          PUGET SOUND NAVAL BASES

Picture a museum that displays how our Navy and Nation is SUPPORTED with Auxiliary ships that are ALWAYS there to supply the Carriers and Destroyers protecting our nation. Seattle is located in a protected area of the nation and is vibrate in growing technologies. Seattle can use more drawing attractions to it's seaport.

Currently in Mobile Alabama a ship is being readied for support during the up coming Hurricanes.
See: OPERATION ENDURING SERVICE

Two OILERS in good repair are in San Francisco and could be used for the museum.
They are TAO-145 and TAO-146

Other Tankers are in the Air, such as

Boeing's  767 Tanker
An aerial vessel used to SUPPORT
Our Military Service People.
WHO WOULD PAY FOR THIS?    Perhaps, the Navy and the OIL INDUSTRY!

A much larger and more costly ship to maintain would be:  USS Seattle AOE-3 she also is ready to be scrapped She is not as pretty either :)

Think about it.
