1000 Crew member was burned on foot toes while working on steam line admidships, opened valve where hot water
poured into his right shoe. Did not report until Friday the 8th.

0030 Crew member received cut over left eye while going from 40ft launch to the ship. One silk suture closed wound.
0150 Completed loading stores. 0920 Commenced pumping ballast. 1331 Secured from pumping.
1015 LCT-170 came alongside port. 1438 Cast off having received 1,497 empty ammunition containers.
1100 Secured gyro compass.
1110 S.S. Apache Canyon moored alongside strb. 1430 Commenced receiving fuel.
1750 Following Officers were transferred to the S.S. Red Canyon [T2-SE-A1 tanker] for transfer to U.S.;
