           Port watch is set. USS Neches AO-47 is moored alongside port. [THIS SHIP IS THE RELIEVE FUEL STATION]
           USS YO-76 is moored alongside USS Neches, port.
0600  Set the Special Sea Detail. 0648 Cast off from alongside USS Neches AO-47 and got underway for berth B-113.
